What forms of payment can I use to make my purchase?
We have the following means of payment both on our website and in our showroom:

- Cash in our showroom. If the purchase is made through the web, you will receive an 8% discount.
- By bank transfer in which case you benefit from a 5% DISCOUNT. The data will be provided to you automatically once you make the purchase.
- With payment links or Mercado Pago QR code.
If you pay with PayPal, the page automatically calculates the value to be paid in dollars according to the current price.
We do NOT charge surcharges for card payments.
For a limited time we are offering 3 INTEREST FREE INSTALLMENTS with all credit cards mentioned (except American Express issued by American Express)!
Discounts and promotions are exclusive for purchases made on the web.

Yes, by Paypal, cash or bank transfer to our account in dollars.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost will be shown based on the total purchase and your location, at checkout, at the time prior to the purchase. We have free shipping in Argentina exceeding certain purchase amounts.
How is sending realized?

Where I can get my order?
We ship to the whole country (Argentina) either at the door of your home or at pick-up points and to the rest of the world.
How much time will the order last?
The delivery time will depend on the type of shipment selected and the place where you are. In general, the delay within the Federal Capital, Greater Buenos Aires, downtown La Plata, Rosario or Córdoba capital is between 1 and 5 business days, to the rest of the country between 3 and 7 business days after payment is confirmed. The times are approximate since they depend on the courier services; in festive times or big promotions these times may be altered. For international shipments, the delay is around 6 or 7 business days once the package has been dispatched.
Do you ship on the same day?
Yes, we ship on the day to the Buenos Aires city and certain areas of Greater Buenos Aires. It is subject to the availability of motorcycles that day and the time you make the purchase. If it is essential for you to have your package on the same day, please write to us before making the purchase to ensure that we can arrange transport for your order. You can also send us a car or motorcycle to pick up your order after confirmation from us that your order is ready to be withdrawn.
Do they make international shipments?
Yes, we are coming from Argentina to the whole world. In the left margin (if you are on a computer) or in the center (if you are on a cell phone) you will see a little flag. Choose the one that corresponds to your country to start browsing the page. That way you will see the prices in the value of the currency corresponding to your country and in their respective language.
Before making a purchase, find out about the merchandise entry or import policies for your country. In some countries they may charge taxes.
By entering the postal code of your area, the shipping value will be calculated automatically. It varies according to the weight and volume of what you carry. If your country does not have a postal code, enter "0000" at the time of making your purchase.
Free shipping outside of Argentina does not apply, neither do fees, nor transfer discounts.
Once you add the products to the cart you can choose "Paypal" as payment method, there the payment will be made in United States dollars. The "cash in showroom" payment option for foreign sales is only if you will send someone to pick up your order or later pick it up in person.
Once the payment is confirmed we will pack your order and once dispatched you will receive a tracking number by mail so you can track your Courier shipment. Shipments are usually made by FedEx, DHL or UPS. In the days after this information arrives, we ask you to pay attention to the email or mobile phone number entered, since it is possible that the courier service will contact you to deliver the package and/or manage the payment of taxes, if applicable.
Your package will arrive at the address that you have entered (so we ask you to verify all the information provided very carefully), unless you are in Uruguay. Due to import policies of that country, all shipments are made to the Carrasco Airport in Montevideo. Once there you can go to pick it up.

What type of invoice do you make?
By default we make invoice B. If you need a different type of invoice or with any particular information in the billing, please let us know in the "notes" of your order form.
Can you notify me when a product is back in stock?
Yes, go to the tab of the product that interests you and once there under the sign that says "out of stock" enter your email and finally hit "send". In this way, as soon as the product is uploaded to the web, you will receive an automatic email to notify you so that you can buy it immediately. If after 6 months the product is not replaced, your email is deleted from the database. The fact of leaving the mail registered does not imply a reservation commitment but a tool so that you receive a notice as soon as possible and do not miss what you are looking for.
Do you take orders for items that you don't have on the page?
Yes, write to us so that we can quote you what you want to get, whether from abroad or locally.
First we find out if what you are looking for is available. In this case, you miss the budget and the delay. To order it you have 2 options.
- Leave a 50% deposit. In this way, the article is requested and reserved for you, and you must pay the remainder at the time of arrival of the article.
- Leave a 100% deposit. In which case, in addition to ordering and reserving the item for you, we freeze its value. In such a way that when it arrives you do not have to pay any difference in case the price of the item has undergone any change.
You can pay the down payment from the comfort of your home by transfer, payment link or QR code, then you can pay with any available card. You can also stop by our showroom and pay it on the spot.
Can the signs be returned?
In the event that due to some inconvenience of force majeure (it does not usually happen) we have not been able to get your item, we offer you 2 options. Use the deposit money for any other item or refund 100% of it.
The deposit will not be refunded if you regret making the purchase of the order you gave us. It is a commitment from both parties to get together with that item that you want so much, so once we order the product for you, we promise to bring it and we expect the same from you to receive it. :)
Is everything on the web available?
Yes, unless it has a sign that says "out of stock".
Do you sell wholesale?

What is the deadline to make a change?
You can request an exchange up to 10 days after the purchase as long as the product has not been opened, is in its original packaging and is in the same condition in which we sent it.
What should I do if the product does not arrive in good condition?
It is very rare that this happens because we pack everything very carefully, but if necessary, contact us at [email protected] so that we can provide you with a solution.
