In this expansion for Carcassonne, animals and vineyards bring the landscape to life. Let your shepherds herd geese and increase their flocks of sheep to earn more points. But don't take too many risks because, if a wolf appears, your sheep will run away.

The vineyard and sheep box includes 19 new tiles with vineyards, which give more value to monasteries and gardens. It also includes six shepherd pawns (in different colors, one for each player); shepherds will earn points based on their flock, and if there are geese nearby, they will be even more profitable. Finally, the box comes with a cloth bag and 18 tokens (16 flock tokens and 2 wolf tokens). The bag adds an element of risk to the game; the more flock tokens you get, the more points your shepherd will score, but if you draw a wolf token, you will lose all your sheep. 

Vineyards and Sheep requires the Carcassonne base game to play, but is fully compatible with all other expansions. A must-have for fans of Klaus-Jürgen Wrede's classic tile-laying game, Vineyards and Sheep adds an element of chance to the game with the addition of the opaque bag and tokens, while also increasing the strategic value of monasteries.
