They are made on a 3D printer with PLA, they are practical due to their portable size and easy to use. These counters will help you keep track of your character's life points, the amount of mana you have left for spells, the number of turns elapsed or left for an event, the number of mirror images of a mage or whatever you want to tell.
It is a pedestal to place a 20-sided die and be able to keep track with it.
