Anunnaki: The Dawn of the Gods is a 4X eurogame by Danilo Sabia and Simone Luciani, set in a dystopian ancient past where mythology and science fiction come together. Each player represents a different House, whose rulers are worshipped as gods by Earth's population. Players will build settlements, recruit followers, embody gods, explore planets and harvest resources in their territories, develop their technology, establish trade agreements, defeat local domains and other players' armies, and attempt to conquer Atlantis, where great treasures lie hidden.
The game features an innovative action-selection system: a star-shaped player board with different actions at each intersection. Will you follow the path of the stars to bring your gods into play quickly, or will you perform actions in the most convenient order to develop your civilization more effectively? Every choice matters and can lead you to a memorable victory... or a bitter defeat!
